About the position

The position involves managing the full-cycle recruiting process for corporate roles at CMC, focusing on exempt level field-based positions. The role requires building strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers, effectively communicating with all parties involved in the recruitment process, and proactively sourcing candidates. The recruiter will also manage the SuccessFactors ATS and assist in metrics reporting, while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team on various initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for corporate positions, ensuring a smooth experience for hiring teams and candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand position requirements.
  • Effectively communicate with all involved parties, managing candidate expectations and ensuring timely feedback.
  • Build relationships with candidates to create an applicant pool and seek referrals.
  • Proactively source candidates online using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Manage SuccessFactors ATS, including requisitions, postings, and candidates.
  • Begin salary negotiations in accordance with company goals and candidates' expectations.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build job profiles and marketing materials for recruitment activities.
  • Assist in metrics reporting to analyze the recruitment process.
  • Manage the corporate recruiting internship program and assist with social media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members on various initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in both corporate and agency environments, with at least 1 year in an agency.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors ATS is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in using the Internet for research, with Boolean search skills preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage a large workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  • Highly organized with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using the Internet for research (Boolean savvy) preferred.
