We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client, a Christian faith-based organization located in Nashville, TN. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from developing effective strategies to onboarding new hires. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the recruitment process by developing and executing effective strategies, handling job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. You will also focus on maintaining and improving the talent pipeline by identifying high-potential candidates and preparing them for future roles. Overseeing the onboarding and orientation process will be another key responsibility, ensuring that new hires have a smooth transition into the organization. Collaboration with HR and leadership teams will be essential to address staffing needs and improve recruitment processes. You will be expected to keep detailed records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities, and occasionally assist with additional HR tasks and special projects. This role requires strategic and tactical thinking, as you will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process from start to finish while focusing on measurable results. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are crucial, along with strong analytical abilities to identify the right talent management solutions. Requirements

  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working effectively in diverse teams and environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MOS).
