Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including recruitment, screening, and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with management to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and develop strategic workforce plans.
  • Create and manage impactful advertising campaigns, crafting compelling job postings and coordinating their distribution across various media platforms.
  • Engage in college recruitment programs to diversify our talent pool and bring in fresh perspectives.
  • Evaluate resumes and conduct interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career alignment.
  • Perform thorough reference checks to gather information for hiring recommendations.
  • Coordinate employment offers and oversee pre-employment screenings.
  • Provide candidates with essential pre-employment information, including job requirements, benefits, and organizational policies.
  • Analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies, turnover rates, and campaign outcomes, contributing to ongoing improvements.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent education and experience.
  • Have 3-10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Be skilled in recruiting professionals at all levels, from salaried employees to hourly workers.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in employment interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Have experience working with recruitment systems like ADP, Taleo, and iCIMS.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Be adept at optimizing workflow efficiency to enhance productivity.
