About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Anveta Inc. is a key member of the Human Resources Business Partner team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent within the organization. This role involves developing and executing the company's global recruitment strategy to align with business objectives, particularly in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop strategies for attracting and sourcing diverse candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process from job posting to offer extension.
  • Ensure a positive stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Consult with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to clarify job requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain effective communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely recruitment processes for multiple requisitions.
  • Act as a point of contact for the business, HR, third-party recruiters, and other partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of staffing and recruiting experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience with enterprise-wide HR systems, particularly in talent management.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is required.
  • Ability to create and implement creative sourcing strategies for various roles.
  • Proactive and independent with strong initiative and ownership of processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong people skills to engage passive candidates and articulate compelling propositions.
  • Proficient computer skills with expertise in data mining and internet research.
