About the position

OneOncology is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to enhance cancer care through a patient-centric, physician-driven, and technology-powered model. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Talent Management and will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process for various functional areas within the organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure that we attract and retain a diverse and highly qualified talent pool that aligns with our values-driven culture and supports the meaningful work of community oncologists and their patients. In this hybrid position, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop strategic staffing plans that meet the needs of the organization. You will own the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and managing the offer process. Your ability to actively utilize both internal and external digital platforms will be crucial in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, building sustainable candidate pipelines, and fostering relevant relationships within the industry. A key aspect of this role is to drive a best-in-class candidate experience. You will act as a career coach, cultivating long-term relationships with candidates and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing innovative approaches to fill hard-to-fill positions and participating in the management of our employer brand and employee value proposition. You will also provide expertise and recruiting support to our Partner Practices as needed, while working with the broader HR team to enhance processes with a focus on best practices and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to create strategic staffing plans
  • Own full recruitment process including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, feedback, and offer process
  • Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by acting as a career coach who cultivates long term relationships and builds a sustainable candidate pipeline
  • Develop innovative approaches for hard to fill positions
  • Participate in the development and management of our employer brand and employee value proposition
  • Provide expertise and recruiting support to our Partner Practices when needed
  • Work with the broader HR team to develop and improve processes with a focus on best practices and scalability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and metrics
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
  • Proficiency in the use of social media and other digital means for sourcing candidates (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook and Excel is required
  • Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system is preferred.
