Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deliver on talent marketing through consistent social media engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience guiding the talent process and communicating with senior-level leaders.
  • High level of employee engagement to create trusting relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a learner mentality to deliver excellence.
