About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at KOS Services Inc. / Dental Dreams is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of dental assistants and practice staff. This on-site role in downtown Chicago focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates while collaborating with hiring managers and educational institutions to ensure a steady flow of talent. The position emphasizes personal accountability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing high-quality dental services.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment for dental assistants and dental practice staff.
• Develop a partnership with educational institution Career Centers.
• Create and maintain a flow of candidates through advanced internet searching, resume mining, and cold-calling.
• Assist hiring managers in interpreting Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Screen and assess qualified candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Collaborate with multiple hiring managers to fill open positions promptly.
• Assess applicants' qualifications and career goals to find the best fit for open positions.
• Develop strong networks in the dental field.
• Take personal responsibility for the active recruitment of all open positions.
• Participate in other Human Resources initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment or multiple agency/organization recruitment experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in social networking tools.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce and ATS.
