About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sherwin-Williams will manage a diverse requisition load focused on passive candidates for IT positions. This role encompasses the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to onboarding, while ensuring exemplary service to hiring managers and candidates. The specialist will utilize the Oracle Recruiting Cloud system for tracking and managing candidates, and will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and extending job offers.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in recruiting.
  • Advanced sourcing experience leveraging varying forms of recruitment technology.
  • Advanced interviewing experience to identify required skills and competencies.
  • Experience in presenting routine data and identifying data trends.
  • Experience in offer negotiations.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing and branding best practices.
  • Knowledge of local and relevant legislation impacting recruitment and hiring practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Sociology.
  • 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience.
  • Prior facilitation of recruitment and hiring of individuals with visa or sponsorship requirements.
  • Knowledge of the Sherwin-Williams organization.
  • Recruiting experience across multiple countries.
  • Experience addressing Talent Acquisition issues and implementing solutions.
  • Experience working on Talent Acquisition projects.
  • Experience working with external partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Create and post job requisitions on time and compliantly.
  • Screen candidates to evaluate if they meet the criteria of the role.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and managers.
  • Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
  • Support the background check and pre-hire process when needed.
  • Identify new and creative opportunities for attracting candidates.
  • Use various sourcing channels and networks to source and attract candidates.
  • Plan and execute events and outreach efforts to attract candidates.
  • Partner with HR, hiring managers, and other business partners to determine staffing needs.
  • Keep candidates and business partners informed with necessary updates.
  • Provide recruitment training, resources, and best practices to partners as needed.
  • Track staffing information and updates using systems and tools.
  • Understand and regularly share Talent Acquisition metrics with business partners.
  • Identify and share process improvement ideas to ensure an efficient recruitment process experience.
