About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent for the organization. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and managing the end-to-end hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of candidate progress.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
