Our corporate team is expanding and we are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong work ethic and desire to grow with a high performing team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners to understand their recruitment needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment life cycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position will also ensure that all hiring practices comply with company policies and employment laws, contributing to the organization's growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers to create detailed job postings, descriptions, and hiring criteria. The Specialist will conduct job and task analyses to document job requirements and objectives, identify and utilize effective talent acquisition strategies based on the role, industry standards, and organizational needs. Additionally, the Specialist will manage job postings and advertisements using the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other best practices, screen resumes and applications, coordinate candidate assessments, and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude. The role also involves scheduling and facilitating interviews with hiring managers, preparing interview questions and selection materials, participating in interviews alongside managers and other stakeholders, and acting as a liaison to maintain positive candidate relationships during the selection process. The Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff on the offer process, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Furthermore, the Specialist will provide detailed talent acquisition reports and insights to the Hiring Managers & Human Resource Business Partners, promoting the company's reputation as a “best place to work.”
