About the position

The Talent Acquisition Associate at Schreiber Foods is responsible for proactively sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates for technical and professional positions that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves executing key processes within Human Resource Systems and Strategy, understanding talent flow, and providing succession advice to leaders. The position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office located in Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategy and implementation of the full cycle recruitment process for technical and professional positions.
  • Proactively source and screen high-potential candidates to diversify candidate pools with urgency.
  • Develop partnerships with universities and organizations to build a pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Recommend qualified candidates to achieve company staffing requirements and goals.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine position requirements, business objectives, market challenges, and selection strategies.
  • Manage candidates throughout the screening/interviewing/hiring process, effectively communicating Schreiber Foods culture.
  • Maintain ownership of open positions and understand the urgency in filling them with qualified candidates.
  • Process owner of one or more recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and communication of Domestic and International programs.
  • Work closely with business units to review, measure, and develop plans around the company's strategic diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Assist with Global Recruitment efforts, including global job candidate search and social media recruiting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with engineering recruiting experience highly desired.
  • Track record of hiring high-quality individuals using behavior-based interviewing systems and creative sourcing alternatives.
  • High energy, tenacity, and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to sell the organization's strengths and influence leaders for quality hiring decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter and team player.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) for remote and hybrid positions.
