About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruitment efforts to fill the hiring funnel with top-tier candidates in a multi-site, multi-language organization. This role involves actively recruiting in the field, networking within the industry, and contributing to the company's growth by attracting the top 10% of talent. The specialist will play a key role in communicating the company's vision and ensuring a superior workforce to meet long-term goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit diverse talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast and plan staffing needs.
  • Attract and engage top talent within the industry.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and arrange management interviews.
  • Ensure the timely execution of recruitment processes.
  • Organize and participate in new hire orientation.
  • Maintain and update career opportunities on the company website.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by maintaining contact with potential future candidates.

Requirements

  • 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish required; Creole is a plus).
  • Valid Florida driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel to events and service sites as required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience sourcing resumes and locating top talent in the field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365.
