Responsibilities

• Performs full cycle recruiting to support staffing for all provider, clinical and administrative positions.
• Regularly partners with hiring managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date.
• Sources candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.
• Generates and maintains internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums; places appropriate advertisements.
• Pre-screens, interviews, assesses and hires top-quality candidates.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentive, start dates and other pertinent information.
• Makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets and collateral to attract applicants.
• Develops and maintains relationships with colleges, agencies and other sources of high-quality candidates.
• Represents PanCare at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Facilitates employee onboarding process to include completion of Form I-9 and onboarding documentation.
• Assists with facilitation of new hire orientation.
• Follows up with new hires during probationary period.
• Coordinator and liaison for internships and preceptorships for Administrative, Dental, and Medical tracks.
• Stays current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years experience in Human Resources or equivalent education

Nice-to-haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
• Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience is preferred.
• Experience with recruiting healthcare providers preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
