About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting a growing organization that advocates for adults with disabilities. This part-time, temporary contract position involves managing the recruiting process, conducting phone screens, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill various requisitions. The role emphasizes community involvement and offers a flexible work schedule, allowing the specialist to contribute significantly to the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

• Use Indeed and Paycor to manage the recruiting process, ensuring resumes are screened and applications are addressed within 24 hours.
• Conduct 10-15 phone screens per week and manage 10-15 different requisitions.
• Work closely with hiring managers for interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate and updated tracking through Excel spreadsheets.
• Meet weekly recruiting metrics, including candidate outreach and scheduling interviews virtually with recruiter notes.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience with platforms like Indeed and Paycor.
• Comfortable using the phone as a main communication tool.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of requisitions.
