About the position

ConGlobal is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of high-volume recruitment activities across various Business Units. This role is crucial in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to support our operations in intermodal rail terminal services, auto loading and unloading, and container depot services. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work in a hybrid capacity, allowing for flexibility in work location while still being an integral part of our corporate team. In this position, you will execute a high-volume recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will build collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process. Your ability to conduct visual reviews, phone screens, and initiate onsite interviews will be key to identifying the best candidates for our organization. A significant aspect of this role involves developing robust and diverse talent pipelines through innovative sourcing techniques. As a Subject Matter Expert in talent acquisition, you will leverage data to inform your strategies and provide metrics and reports to stakeholders as needed. Your experience in high-volume recruitment, combined with your dynamic relationship-building skills, will enable you to thrive in our fast-paced, deadline-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Executes high volume, full life-cycle recruitment process across Business Units and/or Regions.
  • Builds collaborative partnerships by providing internal customer service.
  • Completes visual review, phone screen & initiates onsite interview process.
  • Ability to build robust & diverse pipelines of qualified talent through passive sourcing techniques.
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert with a data-based mindset.
  • Provides Talent Acquisition Metrics & Reports as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years Talent Acquisition experience (high volume or staffing agency) is required.
  • Leads with influence & market knowledge.
  • Dynamic relationship builder.
  • Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS experience is a plus.
  • Highly proficient/knowledgeable using CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Zip, Indeed, Text Recruit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven culture.
  • Proficient in Outlook & MS Office suite of products.
  • Exceptional communication skills are mandatory.
  • A true sense of urgency is required - Intensity & tenacity is welcomed.
