About the position

Eurofins Food Chemistry Testing is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our facility in Madison, WI who will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for our chemistry business. This position will be responsible for building talent pools and facilitating discussions with our leadership team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment life cycle for scientific and technical positions for the growing Chemistry business in Madison, WI. This includes screening, interviewing, assessing, and recommending candidates based on Eurofins' core values as well as their career aspirations and technical capabilities for a broad variety of openings nationwide. The role requires developing candidate pools by leveraging various internal and external candidate databases as well as social media sourcing tools. A proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill' roles is essential. The Specialist will partner directly with Hiring Managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics, acting as the search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements. Additionally, the Specialist will work closely with recruiting coordinators to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible, negotiate potential offers, and successfully close candidates. Managing external vendor relationships and performing related project management functions in regards to new site set-ups in client environments will also be part of the responsibilities. The Specialist will partner with business unit leaders on providing onboarding of new staff and work with leaders to further develop and engage staff through their career, supporting training initiatives for the site.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3 + years of full-life-cycle recruiting
  • Bachelor degree in Business or related field, preferred not required
  • Scientific or technical recruiting experience highly preferred
  • At least one year of hands-on sourcing experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for offsite recruiting
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
