About the position

Devsinc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Canada Office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet those needs. Your expertise will be essential in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications and cultural fit to ensure that we bring the best talent into our organization. Managing and tracking the entire recruitment process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings to verify candidate credentials. Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future positions is vital, as is staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Collaboration with the HR team will be essential to onboard new hires effectively and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, such as job boards, social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech Industry Experience.
  • Must be a Canadian National or should have active work permit.
