About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team at Prism Healthcare in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about connecting with people and has a keen eye for identifying the right candidates. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, utilizing sales techniques to attract potential candidates, and engaging in cold calling to source passive candidates. You will also coordinate employee orientation sessions and generate leads through various recruitment strategies. Specializing in technical recruiting for specialized roles is a key aspect of this position, and familiarity with ADP systems is preferred. Experience in executive recruiting is a plus, as you will assist in the hiring process by preparing onboarding documentation and ensuring its completeness. Additionally, you will conduct I9 verifications for employment and manage the data quality of the Applicant Tracking System, including updating candidate statuses, job statuses, and requisition reporting.
