Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for all positions throughout the Home Office.
  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with community organizations, high schools, trade schools, colleges, and universities to strengthen the company's recruitment programs.
  • Assist hiring managers in the selection process by providing meaningful, unbiased evaluations of candidates.
  • Oversee the company's internal job posting program.
  • Ensure legal compliance in the employment process by providing training for, and consulting with, hiring managers.
  • Manage extensions, renewals, transfers, and permanent resident sponsorships.
  • Collaborate closely with both internal and external legal teams as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
  • Two years' experience in Human Resources, Marketing/sales, and/or recruiting preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work without direct daily supervision.
