About the position
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at KBR plays a crucial role in sourcing and hiring highly cleared Intelligence professionals for critical government proposal contracts. This position is integral to ensuring that the National Security Solutions team is staffed with exceptional candidates who can contribute to the protection of national security. The role involves collaboration with various teams to understand staffing needs and manage the recruitment process effectively.
Responsibilities
- Source and hire highly cleared Intelligence professionals for government proposal contracts.
- Participate in business reviews and proposal-specific strategy sessions to understand staffing needs.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to qualify staffing needs for new pursuits and recompetes.
- Ensure seamless handoff of requisitions and staffing plans to the Sector TA Team upon contract award.
- Manage multiple proposal contracts simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience in Intel and/or DoD recruiting
- Ability to manage multiple proposal contracts simultaneously
- Experience in bids and proposals/pre-award staffing
- Experience recruiting cleared candidates from TS/SCI up to Full Scope Polygraph level
- Strong Boolean search skills and experience sourcing candidates from online job boards
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Expertise in tools like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
