The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Memorial Health plays a crucial role in ensuring that all required records related to the credentialing of healthcare professionals are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with organizational policies. This position involves conducting credentialing functions in accordance with established policies and legal requirements, ensuring that candidates are treated professionally and kept informed about the status of their credentialing files. The specialist will also be responsible for coordinating effectively with other departments and providing assistance as needed, embodying the Memorial Health Values of Safety, Integrity, Quality, and Stewardship that support the organization's mission and vision. In this role, the specialist will work closely with healthcare professionals to obtain necessary medical documentation, including certifications, licensure, and education verifications, as well as background checks, all by established deadlines. Effective communication is essential, as the specialist will need to maintain professional interactions with healthcare professionals throughout the credentialing process. Compliance with organizational standards, client requirements, and State and Federal policies and regulations is a key responsibility. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also arrange and schedule drug screenings and all pre-employment health testing, ensuring that all required documents are obtained to meet client requirements. Continuous communication with Talent Acquisition Partners is necessary to ensure that healthcare professionals complete their requirements in a timely manner after accepting assignments. Additionally, the specialist will maintain data in the appropriate software and systems in accordance with company policy and time frames, ensuring that all healthcare professionals' credentials are current, compliant, and properly filed. Confidentiality of employee and employer files is paramount, and the specialist may be required to perform other related work as requested.
