As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be expected to manage multiple relationships with candidates simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to balance various tasks effectively. You will establish a scalable vetting process for new candidates, ensuring that each individual meets our established criteria. Confidentiality is paramount, and you will be responsible for securing all candidate files and personal data throughout the recruitment process. Furthermore, you will manage the hiring process, set up interviews, and make recommendations to hiring managers based on your assessments of candidates. Following up with candidates who are not selected is also a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring a respectful and professional experience for all applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
  • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
  • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great at time management and organization
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred
  • Proven experience in HR management and recruitment
