About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in the recruitment lifecycle, focusing on strategic research initiatives, managing recruitment data, and facilitating candidate engagement processes. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and maintaining a high level of organization and communication throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify talent pools.
  • Spearhead candidate sourcing strategies and job postings.
  • Manage high recruiting volumes of 25-30 requisitions at a time.
  • Utilize various methods to source candidates for a wide range of positions, both technical and non-technical.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and EEO compliance reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Collaborate on the development and refinement of job descriptions.
  • Generate analytical recruitment reports.
  • Recruit and maintain the Summer Internship Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining responsiveness and a sense of urgency.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing recruitment data and analytics.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing methods and tools.
