Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract compassionate caregivers and nurses.
• Building partnerships with community organizations and CNA schools and attending job fairs to identify top talent.
• Creating, updating, and placing job ads while managing outreach efforts through multiple channels.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and commitment to our mission.
• Maintaining clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics to improve our approach and ensure high-quality hires.
• Conducting orientation sessions and ensuring new hires feel supported and aligned with our values.

Requirements

• Background in recruitment or extensive experience in healthcare staffing.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable with building connections and influencing candidates.
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Valid driver's license and comfortable attending community events.

Nice-to-haves
