The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Remedy Intelligent Staffing plays a crucial role in shaping the workforce and promoting the company's employer brand. This full-time position involves utilizing expertise and independent judgment to source, screen, assess, and recommend top talent for the organization. The specialist will plan, execute, and evaluate innovative recruitment strategies to drive the success of hiring efforts, while providing exceptional customer service and consultative support to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.

Responsibilities

• Perform full life-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment functions for the organization.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition plans based on specific positions.
• Ensure the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of plans using various media/sources including job fairs, web postings, social media, and professional networks.
• Develop and sustain ongoing pipelines for talent for high-demand positions throughout the organization.
• Represent the company at job fairs and other Talent Acquisition activities.
• Partner with department managers on current and future Talent Acquisition needs/plans.
• Coordinate communication of job vacancies internally and externally.
• Update and maintain job postings on internal and external websites.
• Perform full recruitment life cycle from posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to extending/negotiating the offer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• At least one (1) year of experience in Human Resources required.
• Preferably someone with at least one year of experience in corporate recruiting (including sourcing, screening for minimum qualifications, and conducting formal interviews).
• Demonstrated knowledge in employment law and other regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
