The Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. In this hybrid position, the Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs. They will develop and implement recruiting strategies and processes that align with the company goals and values. The role involves posting job openings on the company website, job boards, and other recruitment channels, as well as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using effective methods to assess their skills and qualifications. The Specialist will coordinate and schedule interviews, negotiate job offers, and manage the candidate's experience to ensure a positive impression of the company. Staying up-to-date with recruitment best practices and legal requirements is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs.
