The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) plays a crucial role in the recruitment process by attracting, identifying, evaluating, and hiring high-skilled and diverse talent. Meeting or exceeding weekly recruiting metrics related to phone screens, interviews, and offers is a key responsibility. The TAS will also identify and screen candidates for role fit and cultural alignment, providing recommendations for interviewing and hiring decisions. A significant aspect of this position is the proactive pursuit of diverse candidate pools to support the organization's diversity efforts. The TAS will employ a data-driven recruiting methodology to influence timely and effective hiring decisions while maintaining data integrity across all recruiting tools. Additionally, the specialist will use internal reporting tools to track the recruiting funnel and sourcing activities, ensuring a streamlined and efficient hiring process.
