About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Evolution Parking & Guest Services plays a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates to meet the valet staffing needs of the organization. This position requires a blend of relationship-building skills and teamwork, as the successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing requirements. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for reviewing resumes and applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and cultural fit within the company. In this role, the specialist will conduct high-volume phone interviews and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Managing the candidate pipeline is essential, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The specialist will coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates via phone and video, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Additionally, the specialist may be required to back up team members when they are out of the office and perform other duties as assigned. This hybrid position is based in Tampa, Florida, where the specialist will work onsite three days a week and have the flexibility to work from home for two days. The role is integral to shaping the workforce and contributing to the growth and success of Evolution Parking & Guest Services, which is dedicated to providing specialized valet parking and front door services exclusively for hotels and resorts nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Conduct high volume phone interviews
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates over the phone and through video
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Back up team members if they are out of office
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associates Degree, or equivalent working experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years' experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience with high volume recruiting
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Experience with Customer Service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technology proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and able to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
