In this role, the specialist will conduct high-volume phone interviews and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Managing the candidate pipeline is essential, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The specialist will coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates via phone and video, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Additionally, the specialist may be required to back up team members when they are out of the office and perform other duties as assigned. This hybrid position is based in Tampa, Florida, where the specialist will work onsite three days a week and have the flexibility to work from home for two days. The role is integral to shaping the workforce and contributing to the growth and success of Evolution Parking & Guest Services, which is dedicated to providing specialized valet parking and front door services exclusively for hotels and resorts nationwide.
