About the position

CoreWeave is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and support the hiring goals across various Go-To-Market teams. This role is crucial for scaling teams in a high-growth environment, requiring strong project management and communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, balancing and prioritizing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Develop strategies to fill active and passive pipelines by sourcing candidates across diverse talent pools
• Expertly manage multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews and navigate internal calendars
• Be a strategic partner to hiring managers and teams to fully understand their needs
• Engage and cultivate a connection with the tech community through meetups, online networks, and other outlets
• Utilize key metrics to detect insights and adjust our recruiting strategy accordingly
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from first contact through to start date

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth start-up
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience working with Greenhouse is preferred
• Strong self-management, drive, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to lean in and support several Human Resources initiatives
• Ability to learn quickly and seamlessly pivot as projects and hiring plans change
• An expert in the entire Google Suite and Slack
• Familiar with a high volume of scheduling with Greenhouse, Google Meet, and Zoom
• Global recruitment experience is a plus
