About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at OneTouch Direct is responsible for conducting interviews and identifying quality candidates to meet hiring targets. This role involves mentoring new hires, establishing relationships with educational institutions, and creating a positive candidate experience. The specialist will work closely with the ER team and Operations to define recruitment needs and strategies that align with the company's business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and identify quality candidates to meet hiring targets.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Provide continuous support and encouragement to new hires.
• Mentor new hires throughout their initial journey.
• Participate in training classes and conduct daily check-ins with agents.
• Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities.
• Plan and execute on-campus recruiting events.
• Coordinate transitions between departments.
• Create a positive candidate experience for all applicants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a sales or metric-driven environment.
