About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborating with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Taleo for applicant tracking and reporting
  • Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of future talent
  • Conduct training development programs for new hires
  • Negotiate offers with potential candidates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting and talent management
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as PeopleSoft and Paychex
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, including Taleo
  • Knowledge of succession planning principles
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs for employees
