Responsibilities

  • Assists with talent acquisition and staffing for a multi-location operation
  • Supports training and employee engagement functions
  • Works closely with HR team to align HR best practices to departmental strategies
  • Develops metrics to track and measure talent acquisition and training goals

Requirements

  • Strong HR background with emphasis on high volume recruitment and staffing required
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task while maintaining confidentiality
  • Minimum 4-5 years of related talent acquisition experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with recruitment coordination for a high-performing team
  • Advanced PC skills, including experience with internet, database search technologies, and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic recruitment strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
