About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Bridger Group is responsible for recruiting and delivering highly qualified candidates for internal positions. This role involves significant outreach to potential candidates through cold and warm calls, as well as conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews. The specialist will utilize various tools and methods to source candidates and will be expected to manage reporting on candidate progress throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates for internal positions
• Conduct heavy outbound cold and warm calls to candidates
• Perform heavy passive outreach, making 80+ calls per day
• Conduct phone screens and schedule in-person and virtual interviews
• Utilize internal CRM, market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, and networking
• Create and manage weekly reports on candidates who are actively interviewing.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition / Corporate / Agency Recruiting experience
• Cold calling and passive candidate outreach experience
• Strong phone presence, verbal and written communication skills
• Time management skills
