About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on high-volume recruiting for sales roles, developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. This hybrid contract position requires a proactive approach to candidate sourcing and engagement, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on high volume recruiting while developing and implementing recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Employ candidate generation techniques including data mining, internal database search and management, external job board search, association networking, and social networking.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top talent through networking, referrals, and research.
  • Team with hiring managers and other recruiters to understand sales team needs and define job requirements.
  • Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for roles.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines and the latest tools to produce quality candidates that lead to hires.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition while acting as a subject matter expert for sourcing and identifying challenges and working towards solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in sourcing for sales roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting advanced Boolean search strings).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Proficient in using ATS and recruitment software, as well as social media platforms for sourcing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
