About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Coastal Waste and Recycling, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth in the waste and recycling industry. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and promoting the employer brand to build a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through online platforms and professional networks.
• Implement recruitment strategies to find, interview, and recommend top candidates.
• Attend and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Screen candidates, review resumes, and conduct virtual interviews.
• Plan and manage the interview process, including assessments and in-person interviews.
• Lead onboarding for new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
• Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition/full-cycle recruitment.
• Proficiency in ADP and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Skilled in sourcing through job boards and social media.
• Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
