About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for various health care positions within a health care company. This role involves sourcing and evaluating candidates, maintaining partnerships with educational institutions and organizations, and ensuring compliance with onboarding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluating job candidates for various health care positions.
• Maintaining partnerships with schools and organizations to build a candidate pipeline.
• Driving and owning the full cycle recruiting process for all positions.
• Scheduling and conducting phone screen interviews.
• Coordinating in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conducting criminal background checks and ensuring compliance with state and federal onboarding guidelines.
• Managing employee records and auditing/updating the HRIS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a human resources generalist role, preferably in talent acquisition or people operations.
• Experience in the health care industry is required.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
• Experience with Paylocity and/or BreezyHR is preferred.
