About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fair Trade Outsourcing, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic organization. This position involves leading the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and contributing to the growth and success of diverse teams while ensuring alignment with the company's values and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Provide guidance on market trends, salary ranges, and candidate availability to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Effectively communicate the company's values, culture, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Implement fair and unbiased hiring practices, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Preparing the government numbers before endorsing to Onboarding.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within specified timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
