The specialist will source candidates from a variety of resources while ensuring compliance with labor law regulations to hire the best possible talent. Additionally, the position includes providing mentoring, training, and assistance throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for all parties involved. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies focusing on challenging recruitment areas.
  • Coordinate efforts with recruiters, partners, HROs, and hiring managers.
  • Assist in developing effective and creative recruitment plans.
  • Source candidates from a variety of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law regulations during the hiring process.
  • Mentor, train, and assist throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Three years of advanced recruitment experience is required.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable by the Brookings Health System automobile liability insurance carrier.

Nice-to-haves

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred.
  • Certification or credentialed recruiter preferred.
