About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Grande Cheese Company is responsible for sourcing high-performing candidates for manufacturing facilities. This role involves determining job requirements, screening candidates, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for applicants and internal stakeholders. The specialist will act as a brand ambassador and culture champion, promoting Grande as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

• Determine job requirements and qualifications for open positions.
• Screen and source candidates for various roles within the manufacturing facilities.
• Provide a best-in-class experience for applicants and internal stakeholders during the recruitment process.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Grande Cheese Company.
• Build effective relationships with internal teams and external candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a closely related field (preferred).
• Minimum one (1) year of related experience in recruitment.
• Strong focus on recruitment experience.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HRMS.
