The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) at INSPYR Solutions is a pivotal role responsible for attracting, identifying, evaluating, and hiring high-skilled and diverse talent. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure that hiring goals are well defined and achieved. The TAS will employ various recruitment strategies and platforms to attract top talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. In this role, the TAS will be expected to deeply understand the requirements of each role and how they align with broader business goals. This involves attracting, sourcing, and screening both active and passive talent through creative techniques, including job boards, social networking, and direct sourcing. The TAS will meet or exceed weekly recruiting metrics related to phone screens, interviews, and offers, while also identifying and screening candidates for role fit and cultural alignment. Recommendations for interviewing and hiring will be provided based on thorough evaluations. A key aspect of this position is the commitment to diversity in hiring. The TAS will proactively seek diverse candidate pools and support diversity efforts within the organization. Utilizing a data-driven recruiting methodology, the TAS will influence timely and effective hiring decisions while maintaining data integrity across all recruiting tools. Internal reporting tools will be used to track the recruiting funnel and sourcing activities, ensuring transparency and accountability in the recruitment process.
