As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be involved in the full-cycle recruitment process across all departments, acting as a subject matter expert in all things related to hiring for our leaders and interviewing teams. You are someone that can recruit various skill sets including marketing, sales, and operations but is also very well-versed in technical and GTM recruiting as these teams are a critical component to our company's future growth plans. In this role, you will help manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all teams at AffiniPay. This includes sourcing and identifying active and passive candidates by reviewing applications, contacting passive candidates, and attending recruiting/networking events. You will manage candidates in process by screening applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and communicating effectively with candidates to provide them with the best candidate experience. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process and educate candidates on AffiniPay and available opportunities, facilitating a positive and impactful experience. You will also maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics, as well as organize and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events, providing administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage full-cycle recruitment process for all teams at AffiniPay

  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting
  • Experience recruiting for fast-paced tech companies either in-house or agency (preferably PE backed)
  • Proven experience with various recruiting tools such as ATS (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity
  • A track record of subject matter expertise, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Self-motivated and focused on properly prioritizing your workload
  • Proven track record delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
