About the position

Amplifon, the global leader in retail hearing health care, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of onsite, hybrid, and remote corporate positions within the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be the face of recruiting, working closely with hiring managers, candidates, employees, and the supporting team across the US and Canada. The position requires a forward-thinking individual who is committed to customer devotion and personal impact, ensuring that we act responsibly in all our endeavors. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our recruiting strategy and brand awareness efforts for the Americas Region. This includes sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, candidate assessment and evaluation, offer management and negotiation, onboarding coordination, and managing the candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves compliance and reporting, as well as supporting the University Relations/Internship Program by recruiting talent at on-campus job fairs and career events. A strong advocate for inclusion and diversity, the specialist will focus on sourcing new talent while considering the candidate's experience to provide the most equitable process possible. This position is not just about filling roles; it’s about building relationships and creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of progressive corporate recruiting experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment for back-office customer service and specialist roles across the United States and Canada.
  • Sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, candidate assessment and evaluation, offer management and negotiation, onboarding coordination, candidate experience management, compliance and reporting.
  • Support and execute the University Relations/Internship Program, including recruiting talent at on-campus job fairs and career events.
  • Advocate for inclusion and diversity efforts in sourcing new talent for the organization.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive corporate recruiting experience is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
