About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at ReSource Pro is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level positions, focusing on high-volume recruitment and behavioral interviewing. This role aims to identify candidates who not only possess the necessary skills but also align with the company's culture and values. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers, analyze candidate responses using behavioral thematics, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level positions, including sourcing, conducting behavioral interviews, and extending offers.
  • Execute high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring all candidates are assessed through a behavioral interview lens.
  • Use behavioral thematics to analyze candidate responses, identifying patterns that predict success and cultural alignment within the company.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of role requirements and behavioral competencies needed for success.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and highly capable talent pool.
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends, particularly those related to behavioral interviewing and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition on high volume and entry-level candidates.
  • Experience with various ATS aspects and platforms.
  • Strong expertise in conducting behavioral interviews and applying behavioral thematics to evaluate candidates effectively.
