About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sunbelt Home Solutions is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of positions across multiple departments. This role is crucial in ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent to provide exceptional customer service to Florida homeowners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet high-volume hiring needs across various departments and roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage a high volume of candidate interactions with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, talent acquisition strategies, and employment law.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with social media and online job boards.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the sales industry is a plus.
  • Average experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Public speaking ability for group meetings and management.
