Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for support office and operations leadership and clinical Hygienist roles.
  • Conducting interviews and advising internal partners on candidate selection.
  • Building strong pipelines of talent and proactively identifying top industry professionals.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals for sourcing candidates.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and compensation.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Providing detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide insights for talent acquisition strategies.
  • Continuously reviewing and enhancing recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our values, culture, and employer value proposition to potential candidates and the broader market.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics.
  • Generating and analyzing reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in recruiting, with a proven track record in managing complex recruitment processes and successfully filling senior and specialized roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (icims) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
