About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales at True Homes is responsible for managing the recruitment process for the Sales Team, particularly focusing on New Home Sales Consultant roles. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers and external recruiters to attract qualified candidates, assess their fit for the company culture, and streamline the hiring process. The specialist will implement passive recruitment strategies, manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through various methods including social media, career fairs, and job boards, focusing on New Home Sales Consultant roles.
  • Lead passive recruiting efforts by implementing diverse recruitment strategies across multiple channels.
  • Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to review position guides and establish recruitment strategies.
  • Post new job positions on the company website and relevant job boards within 24 hours of receiving requisition approval.
  • Track and manage the recruiting process to meet pre-established metrics with hiring managers and external recruiters.
  • Manage the ATS to ensure timely updates and status changes for all applicants.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for various interview formats.
  • Generate weekly recruitment and Sales Pipeline reports for the team.
  • Disqualify and notify rejected applicants within 48 hours.
  • Handle inquiries from applicants, hiring managers, and staffing agencies regarding open positions.
  • Support college recruiting efforts by establishing recruitment goals with hiring managers.
  • Order and conduct assessments on candidates as needed.
  • Generate and send offer letters to candidates and conduct reference checks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or two or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two years of recruiting experience.
  • Previous experience with an ATS, preferably Clear Company or UKG.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for occasional travel.

  • Experience with Caliper and Birkman assessments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
