About the position

The Talent Acquisition Support Specialist is a temporary role at Yulista Holding LLC, focused on assisting the Talent Acquisition team in various recruiting activities. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by managing candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying and contacting potential candidates.
  • Utilize various platforms to engage potential candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to recruiters.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 5+ years of HR experience in the DoD industry.
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition.
  • Understanding of Employment Law & OFCCP.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
