About the position

Yulista Holding LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Support Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team. This temporary role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Support Specialist will assist in various recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and communicating with candidates. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, engaging potential candidates through various platforms and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. The specialist will also conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to recruiters, supporting the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials. The role is crucial for maintaining the flow of communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and updated in the applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying and contacting potential candidates.
  • Utilize various platforms to engage potential candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to recruiters.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 5+ years of HR experience in the DoD industry.
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition.
  • Understanding of Employment Law & OFCCP.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
