About the position

The Talent Acquisition Support Specialist at Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) plays a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and developing candidates to enhance the recruitment pipeline for one of the largest physician groups in New York State. This position involves utilizing various sourcing tools and strategies, coordinating recruitment campaigns, and building relationships with medical training programs to attract top talent. The specialist will also manage recruitment databases and promote PAGNY's brand to prospective candidates, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and integrity throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, identifying, and developing candidates to feed the recruitment pipeline.
  • Utilizing sourcing tools and platforms to create and implement appropriate sourcing strategies for each unique position.
  • Fielding all potential candidates and coordinating all sourcing campaigns including job fairs, open houses, and email campaigns.
  • Engaging with Residency/Fellowship programs to build individual and institutional relationships.
  • Establishing and maintaining sound relationships with medical training program staff and students/residents.
  • Traveling to recruitment/networking events as needed.
  • Increasing recruitment by supporting enterprise-wide campaigns and relationship-building efforts.
  • Managing branding and context for all sourcing sites, social sites, publications, and emails.
  • Maintaining recruitment databases and other applicant tracking systems.
  • Promoting PAGNY's brand to prospective physicians, clinicians, and dentists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, business, or other health-related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare recruitment or sourcing.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
