About the position

The Talent Acquisition Support Specialist at Freedom Mortgage plays a crucial role in providing technical support and troubleshooting for the Workday Recruiting and Phenom People systems. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of these platforms, assisting users with their inquiries, and maintaining data integrity. The specialist will also develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance user proficiency, while identifying opportunities for system improvements based on user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all Workday Recruiting and Phenom People-related issues, providing day-to-day support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and documentation for common system issues and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing users to ensure efficient use of Workday Recruiting and Phenom People features.
• Monitor system performance and conduct routine health checks to ensure smooth operation of both platforms.
• Assist with system testing and validation during platform upgrades and system releases.
• Conduct regular data audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency of recruitment data.
• Assist users in generating reports and extracting data from Workday and Phenom People.
• Provide data analytics to TA Leadership to display trends and opportunities for efficiencies in workflows and business processes.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding system processes.
• Manage system access and permissions, ensuring appropriate security measures are in place.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in a recruitment role with a preference for Workday and Phenom People experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for logging and tracking user support issues.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting module and Phenom People platform.
• Experience and understanding of HR processes, specifically recruiting and candidate management workflows.
• Experience in troubleshooting system issues and identifying system enhancements.
